There is a new benefit being offered with the subscribers of the GTA Construction Report that will pay for itself only after a few months of use.
The annual subscription rate of the GTA Construction Report is only $49.95 (plus HST) per year which gets you 12 issues in print as well as an electronic subscription you can share in your office or with clients. Starting in April when you sign up for a new subscription or do a renewal of an existing one you can save 10% each month off of the cost of MERX Monthly Private Construction service offering you more leads and information about potential business opportunities. A subscription to the GTA Construction Report will pay for itself and provide you many new opportunities to bid on business within the first two months.
This new benefit is part of our goal to continue to provide additional value to our readers on top of the monthly building permit reports we provide along with McGraw-Hill/MERX Construction Data in every issue. On top of the lead information found in the printed and online report you can now access the additional leads through MERX Monthly Private Construction Service 24 hours 7 days a week.
We are also becoming your source to post request for tenders or bidder Announcement starting at only $150 per ad. You “Requests” posting includes listing in the printed edition, our online edition as well as a special email announcement to your monthly e-newsletter version of the report sent out featuring your ad. The same rates apply to job postings you may have for your business as well.
If you are interested in getting a printed subscription we are offering a special of two subscriptions for only $75 (plus HST) where you will get one the GTA Construction Report sent to you and another can be sent to another location such as second office or a client. Or you can elect to subscribe to the Ottawa Construction News if you do work in Eastern Ontario and gain access to the McGraw-Hill/MERX data published there.
