Past Client Referral Letters


I came across this great discussion on Contractor Talk covering how to effectively get contact previous customers. With the Construction News and Report Group we publish several newspapers across Ontario and could probably come up with a few thousand advertisers who we have dealt with for the past 20 years. The question I face as I am sure most companies do is how to effectively get back in touch with them.
